5-week Semi-Private Training Sessions

Every Mondays starting October 28th

Time: 11:00am - 12:00pm

Cost: $237.50 per person*

Join Certified Personal Trainer, Wellness Coach, and Yoga Instructor, Alicia Cross for Semi-Private Training for Seniors at the Metta Center. This program focuses on what matters to you: balance and fall prevention, core stability, posture, and flexibility. The weekly workouts include strengthening exercises for your muscles and bones, Pilates-inspired exercises for your core and low back, and Yoga poses and stretches with or without the assistance of the chair. Modifications and progressions will be given for all levels to meet you where you’re at and to keep you progressing.

Semi-Private Sessions include:

·         One weekly in-person 60-minute workout

·         Access to the workout file with video demonstrations and/or exercise descriptions

·         An invitation to Alicia's private Facebook group

·         Body composition analysis

·         Support from Alicia throughout the session via text message or emails

·         30-minute Wellness Coaching call with Alicia (w/minimum of 4-week registration)

·         10% Discount on Alicia’s Monthly Restorative Yoga and Specialty Workshops.

With the attention and knowledge of Alicia and the encouragement and support of the group, you will reach your goals while having fun and staying safe! Wear comfortable clothing and bring water and a mat if you have one. All other equipment will be provided. This semi-private session is limited to 7 people for a more personal approach, so sign up today to get started or to get serious about your fitness journey!

*We offer prorated programs if you begin after the start date or if you know in advance you will be missing a week during the session. There are, however, no make-ups for missed in-person workouts.

6-week Semi-Private Training Sessions

Every Tuesday starting September 17th

Time: 4:15pm - 5:15pm

Cost: $285.00 per person*

Join Certified Personal Trainer, Wellness Coach, and Yoga Instructor, Alicia Cross for Semi-Private Training: TRX Strength. The TRX straps provide a fun, effective workout for any stage of your fitness journey, beginner to advanced. You’ll build strength and endurance while  stabilizing your core and improving balance, posture, and flexibility.

Semi-Private Sessions include:

·         One weekly in-person 60-minute workout

·         Access to the workout file with video demonstrations and/or exercise descriptions

·         An invitation to Alicia's private Facebook group

·         Body composition analysis

·         Support from Alicia throughout the session via text message or emails

·         30-minute Wellness Coaching call with Alicia (w/minimum of 4-week registration)

·         10% Discount on Alicia’s Monthly Restorative Yoga and Specialty Workshops.

Time: 3:30pm - 4:30pm

Cost: $285.00 per person*

Make the most of your workouts with Certified Personal Trainer, Wellness Coach, and Yoga Instructor, Alicia Cross in this Semi-Private Strength Training at the Metta Center. As you increase your strength, you’ll help your bones and your waistline: Strength training increases bone density and resting metabolism! The weekly workouts include a full-body routine using the TRX, resistance bands, bodyweight exercises, and more. Modifications and progressions will be given for all levels to meet you where you’re at and to keep you progressing.
