Our Front Desk Office Staff Hours are as follows:
Tuesday - Friday: 10:30am to 5:30pm
Saturday: 10:00am to 5:30pm
Sundays: 11:00am to 4:30pm
Mondays: 10:30am to 2:00pm
Please note that the above hours reflect the hours of the office staff. Massage times may start or end outside of the hours listed above depending on the massage therapist.

Directions
The Metta Center is just 20 minutes from Washington DC, Old Town Alexandria and Tyson's Corner. Our address is 8998 Fern Park Drive, Burke, VA 22015.
It is located in the Burke Professional Center just off of Rolling Road and Braddock Road.
From 495: Take the Braddock West exit and proceed on Braddock for 2 miles. Turn left onto Rolling Road. Immediately on your right you will see the Burke Professional Center. Turn right into the 2nd street/entrance Fern Park Drive. Follow the road as it curves to the left. We are the 5th door on the right hand side.
Coming from Springfield: Take Rolling Rd west until you pass Burke Lake Road. Take a left on Fern Park and follow the road as it curves to the left. We are the 5th door on the right hand side.
There is plenty of free parking available in the parking lot right in front of the office. We look forward to seeing you soon!
