A traditional Thai Herbal Bundle is used during the session to deliver heat therapy and aromatic blends in conjunction with massage techniques. The bundle blends of herbs and spices are wrapped in cotton sheets and then steam-heated. This procedure allows the herbs’ essential oils to be released, providing the foundation for a nutrient-rich massage for relaxing the muscles and stimulating blood circulation. Thai herbs and spices induce relaxation, relieve fatigue, boost well-being, improve circulation and lymphatic system function.
Thai herbal bundle(s) can be integrated into your custom massage of 60 minutes or longer. The herbal bundle is a blend of organic herbs, such as lemongrass, camphor, turmeric, and ginger, that relieves muscle and joint pain, increases blood circulation, and nourishes and revitalizes the skin.
